Ac Tech Center

The purpose of this class project is to design a Tech Center, and I chose to challenge traditional perceptions. Historically, tech centers have been cold and did not reflect nature. I want to redefine that narrative. I envisoned a tech center with a biophilic flair, incorporating elements such as a rooftop greenery area and a central courtyard connecting all the departments. A glass roof for the mezzanine so that the courtyard can have natural light, and a gym because tech companies are realizing they need to incentivize health and wellness, relfecting modern coperate values.
